Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund under certain conditions.
Most items purchased from Global Delivered are returnable within the given duration, except those that are mentioned as ‘not returnable’.
The purchased item (or items) must be returned within 24 Hrs after delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Returns are also considered for products found to be damaged within the packaging and other conditions might vary for returns as per product category. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 – 14 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For returned item/items, full refund is issued to the original payment method i.e. bank account, UPI ID, net banking, etc.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund.
Note: For receiving a non-returnable item in a damaged/unsatisfactory condition, you can contact us within 24 hours from the delivery of the product.

Note: In case you receive an item even after canceling, you can just refuse to accept it. Any amount paid for it will be refunded to your original payment method.

- How do Returns work?
Returns are ONLY accepted in the following cases:
- We have incorrectly shipped the wrong product to you
- The item shipped to you has missing parts
- The item shipped to you does not match the description of the product listing
- You have received the item in a damaged condition
- The item shipped to you is defective on arrival
- In case of any of the above events, a reverse pickup will be arranged by us at no extra charges.
- Kindly record or click pictures of the damaged goods for our easy evaluation.
You MUST inform us by email within 24 Hours of delivery. Any return requests made after this period will NOT be entertained by us.
Once the reverse-pickup of your item reaches our facility, we’ll inspect the same and either have it repaired or replaced (depending on the nature of the issue). If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a full or partial refund will be issued at the sole discretion of the company.
Note: Returns will ONLY be entertained if the product sent to you is returned to us in proper condition with original box/packing, tags, manuals, warranty/guarantee card, freebies, and any other included accessories
- Which products are NOT eligible for returns?
Returns are not acceptable for following items:
- All products perishable in nature: any consumable items, food items, and baby products
- Jewelry [with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect]
- Hygiene products
- Cosmetics, Perfumes and Fragrances
- Items that have been opened/taken out of its original packaging or items that have been used. Opened packages will ONLY be accepted for returns if the product has either missing parts, or a defective/ damaged item has been received by you.
- An item not returned in the condition it was received, i.e. original box/ packing, tags, manuals, warranty / guarantee card, freebies, and any other included accessories
- Electronic items that have been incorrectly plugged in without the use of a step-down converter. Some of our electronic products come with a US Standard Voltage of 100~120. Please ensure that a step-down converter is used for all electronic items that have a US Standard Voltage of 100~120v. We are NOT liable for any issues that arise due to voltage surges or fluctuations
- If I request a repair/replacement, when will I get it?
Once the reverse pickup of your item reaches our facility, we’ll inspect the same and either have it repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the issue. The repair or replacement will take up 15-20 business days to be shipped back to you. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a full or partial refund will be issued at the sole discretion of the company.
