Simply peel off the backing, adhere to your card stock, place your die on the card and roll through your die-cutting machine. Peel off the other backing from your die-cut and adhere to your make. Alternatively, you could make the sticker and use the sticky side to adhere glitter or gold leaf to decorate your die-cut.
