  • FOR PERFECT RESULTS: We recommend a light coating of vegetable oil, cooking spray or any other oil with a high smoke point. While the griddle is heat safe up to 500 F, we recommend using medium-low heat settings for best results.
  • CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Immediately after cooking, remove the griddle from heat and let cool completely. Do not pour water onto the hot pan. Hand wash with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly after washing.
