This is a much higher strength and potency compared to many other brands which typically contains only 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA. Don't be fooled when other brands state their strength per serving (which could be 2-4 capsules) rather than per capsule! Also, because fish oils oxidise and turn rancid very easily, we've added a little antioxidant Vitamin E to help prevent this and ensure quality.
