Zinc promotes recovery from the common cold and related symptoms. Taking zinc, as a lozenge, through the first few days of a cold may shorten the length of the illness. Vitamin D3 is critical for the immune system. Vitamin C and Elderberry are included for enhanced antioxidant and Immune System support.
