- ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS: The Sportneer ankle weights come in pairs; each single weight comes with 5 removable sandbags, which weigh 0.6 LB. Each single weight can be adjusted from 1.1 lbs to 3.5 lbs, and one pair can be adjusted from 2.2 lbs to 7 lbs by adding or removing the sandbags.
