- The Amla Berries are washed with clean water. Then, the seeds are removed using an Amla De-Seeder Machine. This does not require the seeds to be boiled. Hence, maximum amount of nutrients are retained. The De-Seeded Amla Pulp is then Dried through Fluidized Bed Drying Method at a temperature of 60 to 65C maintaining an Air velocity of 90 m/min. Unlike conventional processors, we do not do the Sun-Drying. Hence, our Amla Powder has minimal loss of nutrients.
