- HOW TO USE: Massage Monsoon Moisture Milk Shampoo through wet hair, adding more water as needed to lather. Rinse well. Follow with Monsoon Moisture Conditioner, running product through wet hair from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 1-2 minutes and rinse well. For extra moisture, alternate usage with Monsoon Moisture Mask. Let set for 10 minutes or longer depending on hair texture and damage level, then rinse thoroughly.
