- Directions: Shampoo hair prior to applying color and skip conditioner. If pre-lightening hair, completely shampoo out bleach or toner prior to applying color. Do not mix color with a developer. Apply to clean, dry hair. Saturate hair thoroughly working with inch sections. Leave color on for 25 to 45 minutes, without heat. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Do not shampoo for at least 48 hours after application.
