- DIRECTIONS: Shower or bathe lathering a few pumps of Skin Wash under each arm. Apply to one underarm in shower or bath then to the other. Now go back to the first and rinse off. Then rinse off the second underarm. This way the solution has some time to effectively get to the odor under each arm.
