NO UV/LED LIGHT NEEDED: Our Activator for the Dip Powder can provide salon-quality nails without requiring any UV/LED light or complicated gel applications. The dip powder will harden after application, yet the nails will still feel natural and lightweight. DIY DIPPED NAILS: Creating art nails with various colors is fun and easy when using our quick-drying Revel Nail Activator. After applying the Pro Base and Dip Powder to the nail, apply the activator. Wait for around 2-3 minutes. If desired, double the application. DIP POWDER ACTIVATOR TIPS: Keep your Revel Nail Activator upright and out of direct sunlight to help it last as long as possible. It is important to note that Revel Nail liquids must match - Pro Base, Activator, and Finish Gel must all be EITHER EZ Care or Professional; you cannot mix and match the lines.
