- WAX DYE FOR CANDLES: This candle making kit contains 26 bags with 0.27 oz of dye each. The candle dye blocks should first be grinded for better melting at a temperature between 150 - 170 F. Mix candle wax dye carefully for a minimum of 3-6 minutes.
