About the product
- Geodes are round stones, usually hollow filled with crystals or layers of agate. Your "Break at Home" geode should have either quartz or calcite crystals inside.
- To crack your geode, first place it inside an old sock. Lay sock on concrete floor or sidewalk, and tap geode with hammer.
- 1 dozen package.
- Let each student in your classroom be an archeologist with this fun science activity. Place a geode in a bag or sock and hit it firmly with a hammer to break open (not included).
- Geode size and contents may vary. Please note that because these are natural rocks, results will vary and they may not all contain crystals.
