Most items purchased from GlobalDelivered.com are returnable within the given duration, except those that are mentioned as ‘not returnable’.

The purchased item (or items) can be returned by making a return request within 24 Hrs after delivery by contacting our customer support via e-mail or phone. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Returns are also considered for products found to be damaged within the packaging and other conditions might vary for returns as per product category. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 – 14 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. We provide free reverse pickup at your doorstep and take it back to our Dubai Warehouse for futher quality check of the item and then we start processing your refund.
For returned item/items, full refund is issued to the original payment method i.e. bank account, UPI ID, net banking, etc.

Note: For receiving a non-returnable item in a damaged/unsatisfactory condition, you can contact us within 1-3 working days from the delivery of the product.

Note: In case you receive an item even after cancelling, you can just refuse to accept it. Any amount paid for it will be refunded to your original payment method.
Your order will get cancelled instantly & a refund will be processed to your original payment method if the payment was made in advance.
