- Troubleshooting tips 1.The headset has multiple settings on them which can alter sound and muting during gameplay, please make sure to have the customer adjust the settings on the headset to best match the sound they desire. 2. If the headset is begin used on a computer or gaming device, make sure to look into the settings on the gaming device to adjust the sound settings. 3. If this set does not meet the expectations of the customer, we would recommend that the customer return and find a different Quantum headset that is better aligned with what they were looking for. 4.
