Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Shipping Policies

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm GST through Sunday, or holidays.

Refund/Return Policy

SThe purchased item (or items) can be returned by making a return request within 24 Hrs after delivery by contacting our customer support via e-mail or phone. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Returns are also considered for products found to be damaged within the packaging and other conditions might vary for returns as per product category. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 – 14 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. We provide free reverse pickup at your doorstep and take it back to our Dubai Warehouse for futher quality check of the item and then we start processing your refund. 

For returned item/items, full refund is issued to the original payment method i.e. bank account, UPI ID, net banking, etc.

Cancellation

Customers cn cancel your order by emailing at support@globaldelivered.com within 24 Hours of order placement.

We wholesomely want to you respect this cancellation policy. It allows us to avoid any delay in International shippment as we purchase from our partners and stores in the US. The order later goes under multiple quality checks and then shipment process to the UAE begins. Your earliest cancellation would save us major labour if you do it within a day of order placement. 

Complaints

Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to support@globaldelivered.com

We will do our absolute best to find an acceptable remedy to any situation that may arise. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner's state.
