Tuvarak is also known as Chalamogra. Chalmogra (Tuvrak oil) is a ayurvedic mixture whose benefits are found in healing wounds, stopping vomiting and many types of skin problems.
  • Along with this, you can also take benefit of Tuvarak in itching, throat conditions, blood sugar, cough including inflammation and respiratory health.
  • Chalmogra Tuvarak (plant) has amazing health benefits and is beneficial in skin complaints. The oil is a bit thicky and it is to be applied after bathing as the skin absorbs so much better when pores are open and skin is damp or wet. We may dilute this oil with some coconut oil. Tuvarak is gentle on the skin and it does not clog the pores.
  • Basic Ayurveda Tuvrak Tail with a combination of ingredients: Tuvaraka (Kaduk Vith) (phalamajja taila), Tuvaraka kalka, Khair Chhal Qwath, Khair Chhal
  • Direction for use: It is recommended to take Use 5-10 drop twice a day before meal with cow milk or butter, with warm water or as directed by physician. Always adhere to the dosage recommended by the ayurvedic doctor or healthcare expert.
