USE - Use with colander to strain water for making Yogurt. It can make 1 Kg of yogurt when fully open and 750 gms when cinched closed. The strainer is designed to hold curd from maximum 3L of milk.
HOW TO USE - Step 1) Attach the strainer on a colander. Step 2) Put curd in the strainer. Step 3) Leave to strain for 2-4 hours depending on how tight you want yogurt. You can manually press for faster straining. Step 4) Pull out the strained Yogurt and its ready. FEATURES - 10.5" (27cm) in circumference and 6.5" (16cm) in depth. Made of 100% cotton.
