- DIMENSIONS: 10.25" X 19.8" X 1.50"; New vertical cut technique. The dimensions of the cutting board are just shy of the listed dimensions due to the manufacturing process. Measurements are approximate and each board will vary slightly.
- PREMIUM BAMBOO: We use high quality bamboo and are proud of our craftsmanship. Our bamboo is variety chosen and is neither a food source nor a habitat for the Giant Panda. Coloration of cutting board may slightly vary compared to the picture shown due to the manufaturing process.
- SAFE TO USE: Only food safe, formaldehyde-free glue is used in assembly. No dyes or stains are used - color is permanent and will not fade or wash out.
- EQUIVALENT to Viking Model Number - HCB. It fits 12 inch wide griddle plate. It is for use on the Viking VGIC, VGSC, VGRC open and sealed burner gas ranges, Viking VDSC dual fuel range and Viking VGRT open and sealed burner gas rangetops. Note: This item does not fit the 42 inch wide Viking VGRT or the Portable Griddle. Customers have noted that it also fits certain Thermador griddles.
