- Magnesium Glycinate Chelate (110 mg) Magnesium is a key nutrient that plays an important role in the formation of neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin. Dopamine is important for attention and serotonin is important for regulating mood.
- Zinc Glycinate Chelate (25 mg) Zinc is an essential co-factor in over 100 enzymes many of which are used for the creation of several neurotransmitters including dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. Zinc is involved in the production of hormones necessary for the regulation of dopamine.
- Iron Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate (5 mg) Iron is a cofactor for enzymes necessary for the synthesis and catabolism of the monoaminergic neurotransmitters, and is associated with a decrease in dopamine transporter expression.
- The usual dose is two (2) capsules that may be taken as one (1) capsule in the morning and one (1) capsule in the evening daily, or as directed under medical supervision.
